I made an order on dominos through swiggy on june 20th and the order was cancelled right after i made the payment through amazon pay. I tried re-ordering again after an hour through my debit card and the order got cancelled right after the payment.
I received the refund of my first cancellation on 24th june after contacting dwight executives. But haven't received the refund in my bank account. The weight executives said the refund was completed on the very day it was cancelled and asked me to contact the source account. I directly contacted the bank and no refund is being held by the bank. I'm not able to talk to swiggy executives through the helpline numbers the chat executives provided me. They simply repeat the same saying the refund was initiated, contact your source account we can't do anything sorry.
And today when i tried chatting with one of the executives, she told me that she contacted a dominos executive and they asked me to contact them for the refund delay. They in turn tell me we aren't holding any data for the order placed on june 20th, please talk to swiggy. A bill amount of 592 is yet to be refunded. I need to talk to a senior executive regarding these customer executive lying about the refund issues. Have a direct helpline for inactive orders. Was this information helpful? |
