SUB : REFUND FOR MY ORDER PLACED WHICH WAS NOT DELIVERED
This is to inform you that I have ordered kwality walls ice-cream through SWIGGY on 17/04/2022 . I have selected the address from swiggy app which has already been saved.
The first order no was order[protected] which was cancelled by your delivery partner since he was not able to find the location.
I called your customer care no and the customer care person told me that she will put a replacement order order no[protected] . But I clearly mentioned her to call the new delivery partner assigned to be sure with the address. But the same thing happened that this partner also couldn't find the location and he cancelled the order.
No new address was given
I wanted the delivery on the address given while ordering.
Please look into this matter seriously and make my refund immediately befor I take any stern decision .
The address provided by me is been attached (screen shot).
