Swiggy — refund not issued and added a coupon

I have ordered through swiggy and after 20 mins i have contacted the customer support team and they told me food is being prepared. Later delivery executive went to the restaurant and they said order have not received. Immediately i got a call from swiggy delivery team and they said we are adding a coupon of 600 for apology and refund also will be processed immediately. But till now refund not processed and customer care people saying we will not refund you have to use only coupon. Even i asked to cancel that coupon and refund the amount but still no use.
