I canceled a swiggy order within 60 s and was told I will get full refund within 2 hours.
It's been 5 days and I still Haven't got the refund.
Swiggy says they sent it and all to contact Bank . BANK SAYS SWIGGY HAS NOT SENT ANY REFUND AT ALL. I even sent Swiggy my Bank account statement upon their request but they still keep saying they have sent the refund even when the bank account statement is proof enough that I haven't received the refund.
