I placed an order with Swiggy on[protected]. Order no.[protected]. one of the order items was missing. So, I immediately raised the issue with them but no solution was provided. Then, I reached out to them through mail, Swiggy Chat and call. But they keep giving the same replies:
1. Photo provided is not clear
2. After carefully reviewing, refund is not possible ( it is not my fault that the seal tape used by the restaurant was of Zomato and not Swiggy.)
And they also keep saying our team will get back to you in 10-12 hours which they're are not. They keep keep telling me to contact them through mail and I have contacted them through mail and Swiggy Chat multiple times but no solution has been provided.
I was also unable to get into contact with the Delivery personnel because his incoming was not active. I have done everything I can but to no avail. They are refusing to refund my money.
