I placed an order twice for the same order for food on 24th May 2022 7:44 pm and 7:45 pm, but the order didn't go through. The money got deducted twice from my Paytm Upi account. I received refund for only one. I've been trying to make this understand to every customer help executive but they keep brushing it off saying we've made it from our side. Sometimes they say it's an error from our side we've made a ticket and raised an issue regarding the same. But I haven't received anything. The amount was 960 rupees.

Then again on 24th June 2022 12:11 pm, I placed an order on instamart. The order didn't take place. But I didn't receive any refund for the order. Nor was a refund processed on my swiggy account. I contacted swiggy executive they said we've refunded and gave me a UPI Id to contact my bank. I paid 1349 rupees.
I don't know who's fault this is. But I want my money back.
