[Resolved] Swiggy — refund not received order number [protected]

Hello,
This is arpit chopra with mobile number [protected]. I ordered pizzas
From domino's via swiggy app on 16th june 2019. There was a delay in receiving the pizzas so i cancelled the order. Till date i have not received any
Refund of rs 265 in my bank account. I have talked to 2 swiggy chat
Supports - jatin and sourabh. Both told me that money has already been
Refunded but both refused to give me the transaction id. Its already
Been more than 2 weeks. Please check regarding this
