Swiggy — refund not received.. please help

I have ordered food for Rs 792/- on 28/05/2019.The payment was made three times due to technical problems the payments were made from SBI. Swiggy send me a message stating they have refund the payment and will return to my account in 4-5 days, but still now i have not received the amount.Please help me.

The refund amount is Rs. 1, 584/- (792 X2)
