The ordered food was not delivered and it was wrongly mentioned as delivered. This was confirmed by the Swiggy chat representative.
I have cancelled the order and you could hear the conversation we had with Swiggy telephone representative on 11june2022 from 10:00pm to 10:25pm. The conversation took place for 25minutes and it was agreed to refund the amount in 2 hours as the mode of payment was by gpay.
Attaching the proof of the delivery person and the order cancellation by 9:59pm.
It's been 7 days the refund it not received.
