I have ordered food on 12th December, 2021 from a restaurant via Swiggy.
But due to some reason I have cancelled the order within 10 seconds of order confirmation.
I have been entitled fr a refund of Rs 607 ( order amount)., for which I have contacted the customer care of swiggy. They have told that the refund have been initiated nd will reflect in my account within 7 days.
After that I have contacted them some 6-7 times but every tym they told the same thing. Then I contacted my bank's customer care, they have told tht no such refund has been taken processed in my account.
Today it's 21st December, and still I haven't got the amount back.
I'm highly disappointed by this fraudent service of swiggy.
Kindly help me to get my money back.
I have attached my bank statement frm 12th December till today.
