Hello Team,
I had placed an Instamart order on Swiggy on the 10th of March, 2022. For some reason, the order was cancelled and I was informed that the amount would be refunded. I was provided a reference number for the same. However, I do not see this amount in my list of active refunds and I never received the amount in my bank account. I have tried contacting their customer care over chat 10 times and every time I get the same response, which is to provide my bank statements to their email ID [protected]@swiggy.in. I have written over 4 emails to them and haven't received even a single response until now. I contact them on chat again and again and there is absolutely no progress and they just say that the refund is processed and they are checking. Awaiting a quick resolution,
