I have placed my order for food instructions I call restaurant no one receive the call than I call to swiggy customer care agent I gave him the instructions of my order he told no one is receiving the call next time you give instruction now your order is prepared then I told the agent cancel my order if no cancellation fee is charged he told me wait i will tell you what is charges and suddenly he told me your order is cancelled check in app and refund will be processed within 24hrs I check in my app refund status zero and got message you have charged 100% fee I told the agent why you cancel my order if charges was applicable I have money on tree branches or what you pay because it's your mistake not my...

I mailed swiggy 3 to 4 times but they are repeating the same questions that your order was prepared and my reply was your swiggy agent knows that my order was prepared but i was on call with swiggy customer care how would I know I told the agent I want to give instructions to my order if you not taking than cancel my order but no cancellation fee should be apply after 2 to 3 times of failure payment of my order again I pay from other sources of payment I want order on that time I was not joking
