I tried adding money to the Swiggy money wallet on Aug 31 from my LazyPay credit card. I tried adding 8 times, a total sum of 12700. Everytime money got deducted from my credit card but the payment failed and money was not added to Swiggy money wallet. The same day I got a message from Swiggy saying that the refunds are initiated. I can also see the same on my Swiggy refunds that the refunds are initiated and will be credited into the account by sep 7.
Till Sep 8 morning, I can see there are 8 active refunds and I reached out to support. I've shared the images and order ids of my refunds with Swiggy support. They called me and said I will get the money in 4-6 hours. After this call, the refunds that are showing on the Swiggy refunds page got disappeared and I did not get the money credited to my account. It is unlawful that I don't even see any status on Swiggy regarding these refunds.

Reaching out to support for the past 4 days and I'm not getting good support. Support says that there is no information at all regarding these ids. How can this even be possible? As far as know, this can be possible only if someone deleted the data from your production database.
I can show all the proofs for the above issue. Attaching the images of what I see(8 active refunds) till Sep 8 and later 0 active refunds and also no information regarding those 8 refunds. You can also see the order-ids of the refunds also in the images. You can also see the screenshots of direct messages that I got my number from Swiggy that the refunds are initiated.
