I want to report a service which i am facing. As a swiggy one customer also a customer who spend more than 500rs per week. I want to report an issue regarding your service with me. If there is some problem in the order which have been ordered from your app you say that the problem is of resturant. But if i ask resturant than they say swiggy is misleading and looting you, please dont order from that platform. As a customer i ask you what should i do. Whose fault is in giving bad food. Today i ordered biryani that was cold, even the resturant is accepting its mistake but they say take a refund from swiggy. But the response of yours will be resturants fault cant do anything about it. But if it not resturant fault as per there saying than you are looting our money. I do have a recording from multiple resturant saying the same thing. So i will file a case against you regarding looting our money and supplying bad food.
I hope now my issue is resolved as soon as possible
