I have ordered a chocolate belgium cake yesterday. Order id is[protected].
The cake was delivered twice by the baker and was completely ruined both the times.
And tried to blame deliver partner, but the cake was uncooked and there is no fault of delivery partner at all.
Yesterday at 11.30 cake it has arrived. Celebration was ruined, my 4 hrs has been wasted by your customer support executive.
In every 10 mins, customer support executive has been changed.
Totally unethical and unprofessional behaviour was shown by your side.
Not able to resolve this issue.
After 45 mins, call has been disconnected and then there is no call back till now. I also realised the call was not toll free, swiggy didn't bother to call from their end to resolve a issue.
