[Resolved]  Swiggy — Restaurant not showing on App and Browser

Hello Swiggy,

My restaurant is not showing on the App and the browser as well.

Restaurant ID: 501855
Restaurant Name: Nishus Biryani Box

I had called swiggy many times and also raised multiple tickets, but no response yet.

I had asked my friends and family who stay within 4kms of the restaurants radius but they are not able to see the restaurant, where as ur customer care is telling that the restaurant is live on customer portal.

I had to throw away the entire pood that was prepared because customers were not able to order from the swiggy app due to non-availability of the restaurant.

Please take this escalation seriously and give me a proper solution.

I'm facing loss due to this technical problem from swiggy's end.
