Yesterday on 9th of august 2022, I placed an order of ₹620 using online payment at around 6:30pm, I did not receive an order by around 8:15pm then I got a call through Swiggy and delivery partner like he is not able to find location, which is a lie, as per my login system he was not reach to exact location, was far bar 100 to 200 meter, then I instructed on call to him couple of times but he refused to come, Then swiggy team cancelled order at their end and charged full amount without any refund or any delivery.

Please check the attachment he was not reach the location. Also I have placed numerous order on the same address previously, one on 8th of august too, but non of the delivery guy had problem. And more thing I live in a very famous township life republic whose address is easily available, also in every corner direction board and security guards are there to instruct. It can easily see the delivery either ate our food or was planning to eat as pizza hut was not going to get it back. Swiggy agent was also not helpful he was not saying to delivery partner to deliver order, instead he cancelled order without my concern and that cost me of ₹620.
So, my request is to give me full refund and take strong action against this delivery partner and swiggy agent.
