I have purchase KFC chicken through Swiggy and paid 700+ for the same. Received the 8 pieces with excess salt and raised a complaint with Swiggy and they are providing only 154/- as compensation. I have visited kfc restaurant for the solution and they have denied and said that if the product delivered through swiggy then they can't provide any service or refund/replace. The entire 8 pieces was thrown at KFC 09 panchkula infront of outlet manager as they denied the service. as a customer who will bear the loss ?
