I ordered from Swiggy Order#[protected] from the restaurant 'The Momo box' for Rs.114/- and I received the order way before the delivery time which is a good thing.
However, the food that i received was completely cold and then it makes it so evident that how come I received the food so early because they served me the food which was already prepared beforehand.
I was served cold and stale food and I reached out to the Customer service where they offered me a refund of Rs. 23/- only and told me this is the best that they can do for me. Later I mentioned I do not agree with just the refund of Rs.23/- and they came back to me offering me a refund of which when I did not agree, they offered me Rs. 57/- mentioning this is the best they can do.
When the concern is raised for serving cold and stale food, these complaints should be taken seriously instead of bargaining with the customer. Eventually i did not agree with the refund of Rs.57/- and chose to raise my voice instead. Food served cold can lead to formation of bacteria and this can cause severe health issues.
