Swiggy — Someone else is using my gmail to their swiggy account

Hi, Someone else using my gmail id to their swiggy account. His/Her name is Celestine Marian.
Delivery address:
No 741 Bharathidasan Nagar 10th Street Alapakkam Porur
Bharathidasan Nagar, Porur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India
Chennai. He/she is Using my Gmail "parveenbanu1997.[protected]@gmail.com". I'm getting emails from swiggy like "your order delivered ". Because of this I'm not able to use my gmail to open swiggy account and totally clueless how can someone else use my gmail account with their swiggy account.
For few orders they have used my name "parveen" and after that they changed name to "Celestine Marian".
Requesting to kindly remove her/his id from my gmail account. Please find screenshots
