Swiggy — Spilled cake

I ordered cake for my child birthday.. the whole cake was spilled .. after that I sent them pictures as well .. I asked them to send me a new cake or send me my money .. they r not doing either ... it's was worth 385rs .. my child birthday got spoiled..

Updated by PriyaRaosweet [protected] is the order number.. I even raise a compalin but they are saying that that is not there problem
