Swiggy — Spilled delivered drink no response

Address: B 1306 Majestique City Wagholi Pune

Have ordered a drink which have received in a bowl which is very inappropriate and even it is spilled on a polythene in which they have delivered. After complaining they are not answering our response even bother to say sorry for their inappropriate behaviour
