I ordered Sweets from Dwarka Sweets through Swiggy (Kala Jamun, Kharvas, BaluShahi and Pedha). Order ID[protected] dated 27 June 2022.
I received all items ordered whereas Kharvas was completely frozen and Balushahi was completely dried usually it is dipped in sugar pulp for sweetness. Both the items seem to be kept for long time or may be stale.
Upon complaining everyone is apologizing for inconvenience but what about my hard earned money which I spent.
Why do we lose money because Swiggy cannot control their hotel partners. Swiggy charge us convenience fees. Then why don't they compensate us for inconvenience caused due to them.
The money which we spent has to be returned with the compensation of inconvenience caused to us.
There is no solution with customer care. They feel as if they are doing favour on us by providing their services. We pay you for the services we take. So you also need to compensate if you are unable to deliver proper services. Was this information helpful? |
