Hi team,
I've placed 2 orders on swiggy for 2 consecutive days.
First time I didn't not receive any chicken in the chicken curries(2) which costed 601/- after 133/- discount.
Second i have received stale chicken in chicken 65 and also the quantity was less than half. Price: 201/- after 120/- discount.
Please not that these discounts were limited credit card discounts and not the swiggy unlimited discounts.
I have raised these issues with swiggy team and both the times they didn't resolve it and just reverted back saying that i should give a bad rating to the restaurant.
Thus blaming the restaurants instead of resolving the issue.
Hope you will look into this issue.
I'm happy even if i don't get the refund back please make sure swiggy is fined for this.
