I ordered Kadhai paneer from a restaurant through Swiggy. When I ate paneer, I realised that food was stale. I immediately notified swiggy and they sent me a compensation of 84 rupees. I told them that it’s not about the compensation. My father developed fever the next day after eating that rotten food. They didn’t take any action against the restaurant nor they contacted the restaurant. They kept on saying we can’t do anything about it. Was this information helpful? |
