I have ordered "Cholla kulcha" from lunch box and swiggy had accepted my order : order number :[protected],
After waiting of 20-30 minutes Swiggy canceled the order by claiming that order is out of order at vendor side.
As per there cancellation policy if any user cancel the order then Swiggy will take all 100% money even after 1 minute only,
but if Swiggy cancelled the order there is no compensation policy .
then they should provide the compensation money also along with 100%refund.
After multiple mails and complaints to swiggy directly and not received any justifiable solution they only provide refund, i raised my issue here.
They are not ready for the compensation part as the fault is from Swiggy as they canceled my order after 20 minutes almost waiting time of delivery like order to be delivered in that much time and they waisted my time and my family friends suffered for the same.
Then they have to provide compensation, this is there fault and they are even declining this also. Was this information helpful? |
