I have placed order through Swiggy of 808 in Santosh daba, Nacharam, they told the items are not available we’re they did not mention it in menu and payment was deducted. Later Swiggy called and asked me to cancel the order and told they will refund that amount. In Swiggy app the status of refund is completed it is showing and when I check my bank statement it is not reflecting. I spoke with Swiggy customer support, firstly they were very reckless in responding and then later they are least bothered to solve my problem. They lifted hands that it is bank problem, but all my other transactions and refunds connected to my bank account are successfully initiated and I got money from others but Swiggy’s amount I am not able to claim. They even not responding my Issue and asked to share my bank statement to them were I have shared which is my personal also. They are not responding properly
