Swiggy is charging service charge on orders and also restaurant GST. Please find screenshot attached. I have also attache the screenshot for bill on Zomato for the same order from the same restaurant at the same time with a discrepancy of 70 rupees. Please look into this. Hey Akash, as per the screenshots shared, we see that the Taxes break up includes the packaging charges and the GST. The packaging charges are the prerogative of the restaurants and we do not take the onus for the same. Having said that, we intend to work on customer-friendly aspects and we will pass on stringent feedback to the restaurant partner on the same.
