11th September I had ordered Food from Kwaility Rest & Bar through Swiggy.
Food was picked up and delivery partner was going to deliver as it go delayed i had to step out for some work.
I told delivery partner to drop the food outside my house and I am not there. He reached my house and called that no one was there, told him that I have already informed him to keep it outside my house. But instead he took the Food with him.
I have been complaining about this to swiggy but every time i was told that some will call me and resolve my Issue.
Its been nearly 15 days but no one called and no email was send.
I have taken membership for one year from Swiggy and this is how they treat their customer.
