Swiggy — Swiggy delivery order number

I placed an order today at 4:20 pm. The same was taking 57 minutes to deliver. Hence was canceled. The complete amount was deducted as cancellation charges. This whole process took less than 5 minutes . They are not offering a refund or food delivery
