Hello, I've had this issue before too when i placed the order but they did not refund that amount too. It's been months. Now again when i tried again to place the order of 5 items worth 408/- rupees the stupid app again wasted my time and money. My money is deducted but the order is not taken. The options for payment are terrible too!!! Your apps are not working nor the payment options are available for everyone. You guys are big cheat on looting our money with only one access to payment method. I want all my money back. I'm gonna sue you guys till you reply and refund in a hour. I need immediate reply or I'm reporting this application a fraud. I've seen many write on this issue. this is not at all acceptable anymore. There no proper mail to even put a complaint.what kind of service is this!!!?

I ordered vanilla ice cream and choco chips ice cream but the box was broken and the ice-creams were fallen in the bag 340 rupees i paid and nothing happened

Hi I’ve ordered few items from Swiggy insta mart, my money has been deducted but I couldn’t see tracking I’d or ordered items in app

Swiggy instamart store just opened next to my residence nelson manickam road chennai-29...because of improper storage there is a bad stench coming from that newly opened istamart store .it is a big nuisance ...it smells like rotten meat and dead rats disgusting...please relocate the store and have proper storage facilities...please don't cause such nuisance to the neighbors...rectify as soon as possible.

I order ice cream but item is missing

The delivery guy was really rude and he refused to deliver to our location. He intentionally left our package in some other building letting us search the entire colony. He even cut our call when we were asking about the package.

I have faced the same issue where the ice cream i ordered from instamart was half empty and the seal was broken. After these people deliver the items at home there is no way of contacting them to as for the exchange or express our grievances. Swiggy team are bogus people. i wont be using this app any more. I prefer switching to Zomato.

There was a refund activated and its been 9 days and the refund hasn't been completed. The agents are also not responding.
