Pathetic service by Swiggy instamart, Got a damaged item delivered. When complaint with photo of damaged item, Firstly they don’t have policy to replace or pick the item. then the customer service team asked me to wait for 6hrs and then receive an email saying your claim cannot be claim as we are not able to validate.
