I order items worth 884 rupees and it got marked as delivered by the rider, but it wasn't delivered. Since Swiggy doesn't have a customer service number, I tried to contact them via the Help option in the Instamart Lite app. But it redirected me to the main app of Swiggy, and then it showed an error stating that the page is broken. I then contacted Swiggy customer support via another order from the main app of Swiggy (since I could not contact them via Instamart Lite app) and informed them about this. They could not find the order even with the order Id, so they asked me to contact support via Instamart Lite app. I told the support agent the page is broken but he said he couldn't help since he was unable to find the order.
