Swiggy — Swiggy Instamart scam - Paid for order and not received it, customer care not processing refunding or give the product

I have ordered groceries in Swiggy Instamart, THe list is given below:
Groundnut Oil - 207
GRB Cow ghee - 375
Cheetos masala balls snack - 20
Thai Guava - 45
Total 647
Grand Total 613.01
In this order, the GRB Cow ghee was missing worth 375, I called customer care regarding the missing product but they told me that they couldn't track the order so they cannot do the refund for the missing item or they won't give the product too. They told me they will take my feedback to improve their service, I don't know what kind of answer is that The loss is mine, and they improve from my money.
