I have ordered cake today. It was to be used for celebration in half an hour. We received the delivery and swiggy delivery guy left. Once I opened the box I could see it was damaged and not in shape. We could not use that cake for celebration. After calling delivery guy of swiggy he said it's not his fault. When I raised complaint in swiggy app they asked me to give negative feedback to restaurant and nothing else. They said sorry that's it. Even if this is swiggy delivery guys mistake they are asking me to give negative feedback to restaurant/ shop. The way they were talking is insulting, wasting of time and we're not taking responsibility.
Even after providing images and video they are asking to send email with details where in email they respond sorry for the inconveniences. They have wasted my time and harrassed with their process. I want to raise this complaint to get the refund. They should pay 10 times the amount to feel the pain caused. Was this information helpful? |
