I have ordered total of eight products on instamart for which amount is rs 793.15
Out of which i have received only 3 items in which one of the total quantity i added was two but received only one which the value of items i received was only rs 236
When I take it to the swiggy customer support executive they said that their "hands are tied" so they said to write email to the swiggy stores and the solution will given within 24-48 hours
I have written the mail and I was waiting for a response but no mail received from the swiggy.
So again i went to help desk and and about this they said that the concerned department has "denied my claim"
I was really annoyed with the response i argued and again the are saying to write an email to the swiggy stores

Usually when like this issue happens they will ask for the photo of the package received but this they didn't asked. It feels like they are never refund the money from the beginning itself.
