I took a SwiggyOne membership on 27th March 2022. I have been ordering regularly on Swiggy since then. However, 3+ weeks ago, my home address from where I have been ordering on Swiggy, has been removed from the serviceable area of Swiggy and I don't see any restaurants in the collection when my home address is selected.
I reached out to swiggy for a refund of the SwiggyOne membership, but there is no response from their end. I need a refund of my SwiggyOne membership fee.
This is a breach of contract as I wasn't informed at the time of joining the swiggyone program, that my area could, at any point of time be removed from the serviceable area and I wouldn't be able to use this membership anymore if that happened. Swiggy is ofcourse dilly dallying and not giving me a good resolution to this problem.
