Swiggy — Swiggy order not processed but lost amount through gpay

Address: Anugraha complex, Market road, kochi 682018

I made an order through swiggy on 22nd November 2022. The amount was debited from my account through Google pay UPI but the swiggy order didn't complete processing and was asking to pay again in order to complete the order.
