I placed an order, but it showed your order could not be placed yet my money was deducted from my account. Swiggy shows your bank takes 5 -7 days to initiate the refund but it has been more than that. I talked to my bank service and they said swiggy has not initiated the refund. It is really unfair. I want my money back.
