Complaint Missing Items
Company: Not Providing Refund
Last night I've placed an order on swiggy instamart amounting rs 1144. Delivery time slot was between 8-9pm. I've received my order around after 8:30pm where delivery boy behaved to me very rudely first.
As soon as I've opened my order with the help of knife because they tied every packet to plastic strap in white colour.
After opening it, i found my order is in incomplete state. So i straight away talked to their customer care via chat.
Firstly they requested me to wait for 6 hours, now when I've checked the email before 9 am today,
I was completely shocked that they rejected my claim without any reason.
Why would I waste my time with such company if if gets every order without any hassle?
It's company fault actually. And swiggy is not refunding my money now even after writing so many times to them. All i know my concern is getting unheard completely by swiggy which is not acceptable at all.
All they are being blaming in this case that I've lying to them, how could I know about my order whether it was full or some missing items issue before opening their carry bags which was tied up so tightly for that one have to take the knife to cut.
I would like to you take an action against swiggy instamart against missing items and not refunding my money.
Im hoping to get my refund for both the missing items which they don't sent to me.
