I ordered some items on 24th September and made the payment of 400 rupees from my UPI. The money was deducted from my bank account. After some time I saw a notification that restaurant cancelled my order. I immediately reached out to chat section to see my refund status and it showed refund will be processed within 48 hours. I waited and again reached out to swiggy support via email. They told me it was an invalid request and I should have contacted before 48 hours.
How is this fair? I reached out constantly and there is no option to call the support team. The company just want to loot money from us and has spoilt the ease of ordering form home. I lost my 400 rupees and I need to know why.
