I had ordered from a restaurant (order number[protected] and the service was faulty. They forgot some of my orders. I informed customer care also with pictures. They then gave me a coupon worth 80rs and they said I can use it for my next orders.
After 2-3 days when I wanted to order from some restaurant from swiggy i tried using the code but it was not working. I tried contacting the customer care regarding this and they said they can't do anything about it.
One of the customer care said he has informed his seniors but he doesn't know what will be the solution and how they are gonna give me a solution.
I informed 4-5 customer care executives waited for almost 4 days and still no solution has been given. Every time a new customer care executive comes and ask me to explain the issue and do nothing about it. The chat is then transferred to some other customer care executive and same thing continue.
