The compliant is regarding the above order number. Although the order was paid online.
The driver asked for payment through cash as he mentioned the order was NOT showing as paid online. And asked me to contact the customer care to enquire about the online payment. I handed him rs.1000 in cash and he went to his bike to get the remaining change. But he started his bike and drove off. Only then we realized that I was cheated and called him multiple times and even contacted swiggy support. They asked me to wait for 48 hours several times but I haven't received any response from the customer support.
