Ordered a sub and cookie from subway last night and i only received the sub
As soon as the delivery was made i informed the delivery agent about this and he made me speak to a customer care representative who said the cookie will be delivered within half an hour
10 minutes after this conversation i got a call from the same executive saying due to a technical issue she can't place a reorder hence asked me to chat with the swiggy executives myself and trust me that has been the most excruciating time of my life.
I need a refund for the cookie and a compensation for the chaos swiggy chat has caused by doing everything but their job
Requesting for a callback by someone who has the authority to initiate a refund because i will keep on mailing and opening a chat about this and complaining everywhere possible till i don't receive my refund and the compensation.
I AM A SWIGGY ONE CUSTOMER AND I PAID 300/- FOR THIS STUPID PATHETIC COMPANY AND I REGRET EVER ORDERING ANYTHING FROM HERE.
