We have been waiting for order from 3 hours already and its not yet arrived. The delivery person is not responding and disconnecting the call. Customer care people are also not helping just saying default option we will cancel and refund after waiting for 3 hours. We can also cancel and get our mpney back but who will take responsibility for 3 hours wait time and situations. We asked for double amount refund for their irresponsibility. They are not accepting and keep repeating samething again and again, I also dont want to compromise without my mistake.I need double compensation. Was this information helpful? |
