I am regular customer Prime member of Swiggy ordering daily twice .
For the first instance today due to sudden emergency i could not receive the call from delivery boy twice . In 4 minutes he cancelled the order .
When i spoke soon with your customer executive Angena she said its contactless policy no refund . I said everyday executives ringing my bell is the policy not same always . Told her check my record its never happened with me for so many years with SWIGGY . She confirmed on the chat she would atleast give me back half the money . Although still that not right customer service still i agreed she confirmed . Then she vanishes and another executive comes named Sagir . He says Angena said incorrectly confirmed wrongly there is no refund .
This is heights firstly for an esteemed customer a daily customer for one instance of not attending call twice delivery gets cancelled and then u say your money is gone as well as the food . One person comes conforms u get half back another comes says she was wrong u get nothing .
Am from service industry too is this the kind of service a customer gets ..
