On 14/11/2021 I ordered food worth Rs.1156 from Hara Fine Dine restaurant, Banashankari, Bangalore. When the order arrived the delivery agent said Swiggy wants to cancel my order. He asked me to pay him directly. After seeing that the order has been canceled and the refund has been initiated on the Swiggy app, I received the food and paid him via PhonePe. The amount has been deducted from my account (I also have the transaction ID of PhonePe) but the delivery person claimed he has not received it. He and the restaurant called me multiple times and pestered and troubled me to pay again. I obliged and paid again. Initially swiggy customer support said they would resolve this issue. It has been 2 weeks but they have not done anything. I have sent many emails to [protected]@support.in. They don't reply to any emails. People on chat support in swiggy app are also useless. I need my Rs1156 back.
