Swiggy — Unable to go online it shows my id deactivated.

Hello Swiggy,
Since many days i am unable to go online and deliver orders in swiggy delivery partner app.I am unable to earn as it shows my id is deactivated.
Please help to get my id activated and delivers orders for earning and i apologise for the inconvenience and please help me to resolve my problem.
