I have a new phone number and no longer have access to the old number (sim card died). Since Swiggy sends the OTP to my old registered number, it is just impossible to login.
I have written MULTIPLE times this month to [protected]@swiggy.in from my registered email ID to help me change the phone number on my account, but after one vague reply there has been NO response at all.
I also asked them if I could try creating a new account, but there was no response to that either.
They do not even have a phone number one can call to resolve the problem. Terrible customer service!
