On Saturday, October 1, 2022, I had placed an order on Swiggy and the food delivered to me was uncooked (It was undercooked chicken). When I contacted the chat, they said they can only process a partial refund. To me it was unacceptable as this was not a spillage issue, it was uncooked food. But the CS rep was reluctant and provided me with an escalation email ID.
The real harassments starts here. They dont even address you with your registered name. They address me with some name I have no clue about. They just processed partial refund and kept telling me thats the best they can do. When I read their t&Cs, it is clearly written that they will refund 100% in case of dissatisfaction. I asked them if they have changed their policies, no response. They kept repeating the same email over and over and over.
This kind of experience is not accepted when I pay a premium price to get better service. Was this information helpful? |
